Water has it's own museum in a region from Cádiz

Housed in the old mill of the Nativity (also called "Capitalists"), near the river Majaceite, the Ecomuseum Benamahoma Water is an effective witness to the uses to which the men from the Cádiz have given the liquid element from prehistory to the present day.
It is part of an environment of interesting attractions for visitors: the birth of the river, the trailhead that leads to El Bosque, a former farm converted into a fuller and the mill itself houses the museum.

The creation of this eco-museum is due to the unique ecological importance that have the climate regime and the water in the Natural Park Sierra de Grazalema, one of the highest average rainfall in Spain.
Conceived in an educational, contains suggestive informatiodisplayed on panels, playing traditional buildings and suppliesrelated to the world of the mills, fulling mills, bakeries and industries that once operated by water power. Water is an element closely related to the traditional cultures of the Sierra. Thus, the hydraulic mills have a major presence in the rivers of the region.
In the museum there are facilities found in the Roman sites of Iptuci and Ocuri linked to water use. The same goes for salt Hortales, the aqueduct of Villaluenga, tanks for cattle, laundries and public sources.
The Eco-museum is located on Calle del Nacimiento, s / n Benamahoma.
